Not quite as much as I had hoped, but had a bit of a strange week, and have had to eat out twice this week! 😋😂 And I've shredded the tension belt on my bike 🙄😏

Hmm red wine AND prosecco today! 😏
Weigh in tomorrow, not expecting anything massive, reduction wise, given that one of my crazy dogs knocked me off my feet, and damaged my leg! I swore a bit 🙊
Bang goes my walking for a couple of days 🙄
Lots of ibuprofen for muscular stuff, and fingers crossed! 🤞

The good news is, there will be no eating of tasty hats today! 😂
I hope I can maintain my exercise regime, but with the weather set to change, I may have to forego my walking. I think the trick will be, not to be disappointed next weekend if I haven't lost the same amount. 😊

Had a liitle blow out today when meeting family for lunch, penne arrabiata, couple glasses red wine, espresso martini to finish! 😳🙈😂
