Not much of a drop this month. I feel stronger, and I lost another loop on my belt. So, bit of recomp going on. :)

Harvest Pasta. Garlic, onions, bell peppers, tomatoes, and zucchini all from my garden. Mushrooms, parmesan, and einkorn linguine I purchased.

Pre kids I focused on being lean and tone. Never felt I made much progress. Now I am focusing on being healthy and strong. First time I've had biceps. 10.5", so proud of myself.

6 weeks & ~15 pounds between the two! I want to step it up a notch and become more targeted in my training. How do I come up with a quality routine in the gym? l've been doing a few exercises I know, as I go. Structure I should be following good results?
