What do you think about the famous: Based on a 2,000 calorie diet?
I honestly don't think all calories are created equal. I tried 1200 calorie diets and was doing cardio and it was a slow weight loss. Such a pain. Started running recently and bumped up my cals. I know if you look at my calorie counter it says lower but ill eat more fruit and veg during the day and don't worry about the calories in it. Your calories should fluctuate. That way your body never gets used to a certain intake and your metabolism doesn't slow. I've found that eating around 1600 a day with a day or two of it going to 2000 is working better for me than just low cal. Sometimes On busy days I may eat only 1300 or 1400 and I make it a point to eat more the next day. Don't wanna crash. Half the time what I put on here I don't end up eating. Day can get away.....
