We live in a time where there’s so much information at our fingertips that it becomes detrimental. People put Vaseline on their face because TikTok influencers say it works, people run to buy freeze dried candy, etc. Eggs cause high cholesterol, tomatoes have lectins. We spend so much time researching and trying to eat perfect.
I say just live your life and use common sense. We didn’t have all this information in prior generations and we lived long lives. We drank from water hoses!
