I started this diet on sept 11 I was at 230 and new i had to change so I started the callorie counting and boy did I drop now I am at 201 and fluctuating. I know it is the holidays and that is tough so I quit for 1 week and justified it by excersizing and eat what ever well I gained like 3 lbs so I am back to counting. I want to get to a point that I can eat anything and work hard to maintain a safe weight 180 but I just cant break that 200 mark so hard any advice I am open to it I dont want to go on pills so give me a little advice
