Am getting ready to go to the gym and thinking about shopping afterwards. It is so frustrating living here as there are so many things I can't find here. I carry coffee, dijon mustard and lots of things back every vacation.... but I didn't have the foresight to bring BROWN RICE. Hence I have been eating regular white basmati mixed with a little barley for the extra fiber. Is this stupid? I hope it will still work. I have been limiting it to only one cup per day. Is this going to destroy the diet? (Note that I also can't find oatmeal), so most of the really creative recipes are not possible.

Today is Day 3 of Fat Smash (I think I am doing it right?) and Day 1 on this site.
I had a terrible headache yesterday and don't know if it is related to the diet or not, but today I felt absolutely fine. After lunch, I left the office early and headed to the gym. Got to find a way to keep the energy up AFTER the gym so that I can cook dinner AND do the work I leave unfinished at the office.
