Well, I am so close to a 50 lb loss but for some reason I cannot get myself over that line! It has been a slow process, but truly I feel like I can maintain this lifestyle of choosing my carbs carefully. I would really like to move ahead and achieve my goal before I settle into a maintenance mode. But, life interferes sometimes and I guess that is reality. I just remind myself of how far I have come and I feel blessed!

Progress has been slow....I'm mostly working on maintenance but I am not at my goal yet. I'm joining with some friends for a Spring Challenge. I hope to lose another five during the challenge, which would put me into the 160's and would get me past the 50 lb. goal. Thankful I am this far and that I have learned new habits. Feeling blessed.

This is so exciting.....I am approaching a 50 pound loss. It has taken me four years (with ups and downs), but I never, never thought I could do this. Thank you God for your help and for a new way of healthier living!

Still determined to get below 170, that means 13 lbs to go then I'll see how I feel. These last pounds will be more difficult; I know the drill...more exercise and be diligent, especially through the holidays. I have done this before so I know I can do it! Blessings all....
