I have lost weight successfully many times, but I also have gained weight many times. I have only reached maintenence level once for 5 years, but changing to a desk job brought the weight back on. I want to not only lose weight, but keep it off. I have done every crazy crash diet known, healthy or not, and I'd rather just be happy with food. I have also been absolutely addicted to soda prior to 03/24/2021, and drank 3 to 6 cans a day. I'm looking to reach my first goal of 200 pounds, then get to 180lbs. I not only want to look better, I really just want to feel better.
