I took a break from exercise yesterday, as my entire body hurts, but I still walked 30 minutes around my neighborhood. I really think I have built more muscle in the last week than I have in a year.
I'm still disappointed that I gained so much weigh during 2020 covid lockdown. Most people say they have gained the covid 19 pounds, but I gained 40 pounds. I had lost down to 179 before getting really sick last January for a month, and then continually gained weight from there. At least I have all the smaller clothes just waiting for me.

Today's goal is to exercise with weight training.
I need to stop thinking I will exercise and instead get to action. It’s easier to just plan it mentally, then just don't do it, which is a habit I need to kick. I have lost so much muscle mass over this previous year. I have started a new furniture project which has kept me from being lazy on the couch. I'm refurbishing a lane cedar chest built in 1944, but will being painting the outside and adding prima transfer images.

How does everyone offset a soda addiction? I usually have drank 3 to 6 sodas a day, sometimes more or less, and stopped yesterday. I'm currently using a generic Walmart caffeine pill to stop the headaches. I have stopped drinking soda before this way, but never have been addicted as I am now. I didn't even realized how much I did "need" it until I slowed down on my intake, until I quit all together. I quite amazed at how much sugar I was taking in on a daily basis.
