Sooo... the scale i'm using now, is six pounds higher than the scale I used to weigh in. The first one was at the dr.s and used those old school weights. This one is digital and in my bathroom. So I really lost 3 pounds. I wasn't sure how to record that, so I figured i'm just going with what my scale reads.

So last night we went to KFC and I was so excited for grilled chicken (KGC). Turns out they ran out of everything grilled. Just my luck, so I had a soda and waited until I got home. I know the soda was a bad idea, but I just couldn't say no. I only drank half of the small. It's a weakness!
