Hi, my name is Evelyn. My goal is to lose and maintain a desirable weight for as long as possible. I followed several popular diets before but as long as I stopped the diet (or exercises), I gained weight back again. So I think it's better for me to keep track of calories from now on instead of diets.
Also, I don't eat sweets. But currently I'm having a stressful schedule so sometimes I eat without consciousness, like when I'm cramming for exams I might end up eating a bunch of ice cream before going to bed. However, usually I don't eat candy, chocolate, any kind of cakes or anything, I just dont like the taste of it.
I like sour and food, fruits, and noodles. I hope I could complete my goal. Yay!
