I walked 4 miles (DVD-Walk away the pounds)at home today without any pain in my ankle. I always have pain when I walk due to ankle fracture in July. I did sweat and drunk 3 cups of water. I really feel good. My 6 and 7 year old walked along with me all the way. Wow! that surely was fun. Will do it again tomorrow.

I have challenged myself to loose inches on my waist and decrease tommy bulge. My staring size is 40ins. I am hoping to loose 4 inches in this challenge. I want to see my love handles disappear, so I can look good in tight dresses and tops. For me, a low carb diet always shrink my belly. I have started off well this morning. Hope to continue throught out the day and the coming weeks.
918 calories consumed yesterday. Love it, not hungry.

Second day recording my food and exercise. Not bad so far. I consumed a little less than 1200 yesterday. I am trying to eat 1200 cal a day until I have lost all the 50Ibs I am carrying. Also I cannot do vigorous exercise because of the ankle injury I had a couple of months ago. I guess slow walking and some weight lifting will be ok for now. My weigh in day will be every Monday instead of every day.
