I travelled to Panama City on Wednesday for Thanksgiving. Came back yesterday. Although I did not record a journal, exercise or food, I stayed on my diet. Food portions was manageable. Ate a little more carbs though, but walked 4 miles on the beach everyday.

Very busy this week-end.I couldn't enter my food as i usually do. However, I made good choices, although I ate out most of the time.

Yesterday was a very busy day for me. I wanted to work out, but couldn't fit it in my schedule. After work, I attended a weekly all women and children Bible study. (We do this every Tuesday). I drive 30 to 40 minutes to get there. I did not get home until after 9:00pm, which is way too late for me to work out. I will attend mid-week service today. Not likely to work out again. I had planned on waking up early this morning to work out before work. Failed miserably. I really need to device a better plan for work out. I will at least do my push ups without warm up.

Had a wonderful weekend. Did not go over board, so far as my daily food intake is concerned. Took my kids to a skating birthday party yesterday. Did not eat the pizza, the cake or sugary drinks/soda. Honestly, I did not have the appetite for it because I eat before going.
