I find it hard recording what I eat during the weekend. I am on a schedule week days due to work, which makes it easy for me to record. However, I try to make the best choices at all times. Since I eat all my food late,(nothing past 7 pm though) I do not eat snacks at week ends.

Weight loss has slowed down this week. However, I stuck to less than 1200 a day, as I have not exercised much. Planning on walking out when the weather improves.
