How will you eat on Thansgiving day?
Yup ... you can use all your Flex Points. However if you sit down and plan your meal, think portions ... Thanksgiving Dinner isn't that scarey. Turkey is low in points. I am Canadian so I already went through our Dinner. I used the plate plan. Used half of my plate for veggies, quarter for Turkey and the other quarter for dressing and potato. Had half a piece of pie. At the end of the meal, I was full but not in pain and felt great about my accomplishments. Have a WONDERFUL Thanksgiving. On this US holiday I will be Thankful for all the friends and support I have found her at Fatsecret!

Ontario, Canada ... born and raised. I have been blessed to live on both coast over the past 10years and returned to Ontario a little over a year ago. Love reading where everyone is from! Great Thread!

Pilates
Hi,
I just started pilates last week. It was a big step to walk into my first class but I was so glad I did. The next day I was sore ... WAY sore, but I was surprised by the area it targeted. There is no way I could really tone those areas with my usual work out routine!
My advice to all ... give it a try!

New to FS!
Hi Everyone ...
Still finding my way around the board.
My Name is Erin. I have 2 beautiful girls, 3.5 and almost 2. I am 31 years old and have been on WW off and on for over 10 years. My weight is at it's all time highest and it is effecting my life in various areas. I joined WW last week and am optimistcally looking at this journey as a life solution!
