Just ate dinner. It's late, I know. lol. Worked until 10 and didn't get picked up til 10:47.
I slept to much today. I woke at a decent time but then napped til 4 or 5. Almost didn't get to work in time. I have to get a regular sleep schedule. It's all my fault. I've been insomniac since I was three months old!
Tried a new drink today. It's called 'Natural Made Green Tea - Blueberry Lemon'. I'm drinking the low sugar version. It's pretty good.

I'm feeling pretty sick today. I was so tired last night I fell asleep with my work clothes on. :( I've been battling a bacteria infection for a week now. Some days I feel better, but like today some days I feel like shit. Hot tea is really helping with my congestion.
I feel kind of guilty about eating the last piece of birthday cake.. oh, well. I can't change what I have ate just what I will eat.
It's so cold out today. Bowls of water were solid ice cubes!

I think I did pretty good today. Started of with a egg in toast for b-fast, then a chicken salad at Papa Dino's, snacked on roasted peanuts, and final gave in to treat for my hard work: the last piece of birthday cake.
Well I tallied everything up and result not so bad. About fifteen hundred calories and 25 grams of sugar! Yesterday my sugar intake was about a hundred. Huge improvement, if I must say so myself. :)
EDIT: I looked at my diet calendar and it did not record my sugar for the cake. Oh, well.

I definitly want to reduce the amount of sugar in my diet. My first step towards this goal is to replace pop with healther and lower sugar options like tea or sparkling water with a little bit of juice.
I think also that I should try to eat about half of much as I usually eat. And I should try to find lunch ideas that don't rely on bread or starch.
