Ok so my calories have been a bit sparadic but I went from 1300 a little over a week ago which was less than I was supposed to get to 2100 today which is probably way to much.
Macro calculaters tell me it's about 1200- 1400 to cut. 1550 to maintain. And 1600-1800 to bulk.
With at least 100g of protein a day.
I'm trying to bulk.
My plan was to slowly increase my calories but once I started eating more my appetite opened up more. I listened to my body mostly and ate accordingly. Is that normal?
I had felt fine but
I do actually feel bloated today. Don't know if this is normal?
I want to try and stick to 1600 for the next week.
I probably did too much too soon. I should gradually increase right?
I put on two pounds this week isn't that too much? Or is that normal when u start bulking at first and then it become more gradual.
I don't want to just get fat.
I work out hard 4 days a week weightlifting of course.

So I had 1700 calories and change yesterday because I was hungry and ate until I wasnt. No bloating. Which i thought would happen from not doing that gradually but it Feels great! I see if I can keep it up today

looks like a standard 50/30/20 split with 1 g of protein per pound of bodyweight. Depending on her height and age (both of which I don't know) i'd think it might be slightly low for a bulk, but that's my guess.
Thank you so much for not judging me. I'm 5 foot 5 inches and only 97lb. Aiming for at least 108lbs. Increasing calories weekly
