Atkins talk
Hello Mariezzz - Congrats on getting your carb cravings under control. Your leg cramps may be caused by low Potassium. Something that worked for me was to drink a mushroom broth as a snack. I add 50 grams of brown mushrooms to some chicken or beef stock. It really helps. Good luck with whatever way of life you decide works best for you.

I like the one on the Calorie Count site:

I like to add all the ingredients and then play with the serving size (it adjusts in real-time) until it shows 100 grams of the recipe = ? calories. Then I just copy and paste the page into an email and send it to myself for reminding. I can't use the data on Fat Secret, but it lets me know the specs.
