Was so bummed that I gained 5lbs over the weekend. I was able to lose 4 since yesterday. But I'm still too high up as far as weight is concerned. Being short really sucks. If I were at least 5'6, it wouldn't look so bad!

Tried to up my calorie intake yesterday, in hopes I'd see more of a drop....but nope...only lost a couple ounces...which leads me to believe it's just water. :\ I'm wondering if I should have more of an active rest day today, or a complete rest day, since I've been working out 2x a day. I usually do weights (Bowflex) in the evenings, but I'm thinking I might skip that today, and just do cardio and maybe 2-3 light weights right now. Ugh...I have NO IDEA what to do. And do I still increase my calorie intake today since I'm cutting back on workouts? I guess it's trial and error again...

Can't figure out why I'm barely losing anything when I'm working out MORE and eating less. (I have not logged any food data, so please don't think I'm eating "nothing". lol) I feel like I'm "stuck" and the weight won't drop anymore. I still have 10 more pounds to go. Should I be doing more or less? I can't figure it out. I'm working out twice a day. Cardio and weights (more cardio than weights) in the morning....and then weights (Bowflex) in the evening.
