LCHF Buddy for 53yr female
Be careful how much heavy cream you take in each day. Too much fat can stall your progress. To limit carbs I really like Coconut milk vs Cow's milk. I use it to make protein shakes. I use regular 1% cow's milk for homemade Greek Yogurt though.

LCHF Buddy for 53yr female
Hi, I am 52 and following the Atkins diet - pretty much for life as I have an autoimmune condition that makes my body behave as if I were allergic to most carbs. If I can help in any way, let me know!

Happy dance, Happy dance
Good for you. I am guilty of never doing measurements. I'm a slave to the scale. I need to make myself do measurements, now I think I'm so close to goal that I won't really see much difference. Keep up the amazing work!

Hello!
Welcome GothyPrynciss - I started Induction in late February, started recording here on the 4th of March. Feel free to take a look at my food diary to give you some ideas of what my levels have been. I have lost about 4 pounds in the last week. I don't have a lot to lose so my rate of loss may be different from others.

Ketosis question
Glad I found this thread! I'm a week and a half into induction, only have 10-15 pounds to lose. It's coming off S L O W L Y ! I've done Atkins before and had fast and great success, this time, not so much. My first week I lost a couple of pounds, now this week much of that weight is creeping back on
