Wow...what a week! By leaving breads, sugars, and blind snacking alone, using my Herbalife meal replacement for two meals and eating a balanced meal at night...the pounds are slipping away. Soon I will be able to incorporate some exercise into the plan!!!!

Major electrical work today...fed crew pizza...I ate less than a half a slice...wish I hadn't. Tomorrow's a new day...forward march!!

Another successful entry! I am happy I chose to make my weight loss goals small and reasonable so that I wouldn't feel so overwhelmed with the total amount to be lost. Each day is one step closer to my absolute goal and I am happy with the progress!

Feeling good...sugar cavings have decreased noticeably and sugar dropped from 247 to 174...working towards not needing T2 diabetes meds :-D
