From South Africa. Just started. Long way to goal weight. I am doing the calorie count diet. The first day did 2200 calories. Then moved it down to 1800 calories for a few days. Now got it at 1200 calories. I have decided to make the diet a little more interesting for myself so using a different theme each week : week 1 hi carb. Week 2 South African with as low carb as possible . Week 3 indian. Week 4 high fibre. Week 5 mexican. Week 6 italian. Week 7 seafood. Week 8 raw food. Week 9 vegetarian. Week 10 chinese. Then -
-I start again from 1. If anyone has interesting recipe that fits into one of my weeks you are welcome to message it to me. I am logging all I eat and drink, even the water. The first few days I kept to more carbs but intend on cutting down a bit on the carb. Trying to get a more equal balance between my carb and protein and fat. Will keep to this a few weeks and see how it goes. You most welcome to message me.
