Restarting counting my calories. Going to try High Protein, Low Carb this time instead of LCHF or Keto.
Protein keeps me the fullest instead of focusing on fat. I always struggled with getting enough fat in doing LCHF even though I shed quickly on that diet.

My carbs have been out of control! We've been having too many treats and it's my fault. Recently a Publix opened up near my work and I visited once and purchased too many. Because the store is nice and new, they have glass cases full of sweets that make them too enticing. I've also given in on my rice cravings. Rice paper, rice noodles, Jasmine rice. Time to reign that back. Carbs make me bloated.
A NSV, I have been lazy so my laundry is still in the dryer. I grabbed a pair of office pants that were "if I lost a little weight I would fit in them" thinking they would fit. They are loose! I've been pulling my pants up all morning lol. Finally found a binder clip to clip them up for now.
On another note, I'm excited, this is the first time I am growing squash plant and it finally produced. I can't wait to eat it 😋.

Woohoo 🎉 all the vacation weight came off. Once I get under 145 I'm adjusting my goal weight to 125 (this is on the heavier side of 'normal' for my height 5'/152 cm). My husband told me a few months ago that it's impossible to expect my body to get back to the weight I was when I was 18. I take that as a challenge, I will prove him wrong!

Well, it's been over a month but I'm back.
I went on vacation to Walt Disney World 😊 so of course I thoroughly enjoyed myself and ate whatever I wanted.
I'm hoping some of this is water weight, some of it from walking all day around the parks. Who am I kidding, I just let myself go and enjoyed vacation without worrying about what I was eating.
My plan is to log everything I eat and drink (other than water) and reign it back in effective immediately! I let vacation eating run over past vacation. It's a challenge on the weekends but I have to do it.
