I feel so defeated by this journey sometimes. When I workout, my weight is always higher. I think because I eat more. But if I eat less, I am too tired to workout. Then I look like shit.
This has been going on since my son was born 11 years ago!
I thought not drinking and getting rid of the associated alcohol and food calories was the answer. But at this point, I am really at a loss for answers. I dont want to starve or even be really hungry but maybe that is the only way?
