77 year old female, 5”1” now. Feeling much better after 8 months of eating better (less) and gradually walking more. Started very short walks and now can do 2-3 miles. Never thought I would be able to walk that distance again. It was such a relief to leave the obese stage. Working on the next 10 pounds.

Turkey Vegetables Skillet
In the recipes is Turkey Vegetables Skillet. I have made it twice and really like it. Very low calorie, good protein. If you haven’t tried it you might want to do so. Not fond of turkey, not fond of Zucchini. But this I do like.
