Up 600 gr this morning - last night's pide didn't even weigh 600 gr! This is definitely a digestion issue but I'm out tonight - a rare occasion for me not to eat at home these days. It will be a traditional Turkish meal so I'll probably pick from the meze plate and have some salad and fruit and a couple glasses of wine. That's the plan, anyway.

Steady weight today but probably having "pide" (Turkish pizza) for dinner as it's my daughter's weekly treat. I've made a guess at the calories but it's probably a bit higher - Turkish websites put one serving of cheese pide between 450 and 750 calories, quite a wide window!
It'll be the first wheat I've had for nearly two weeks as well, so interesting to see how I feel tomorrow.
Edit: lol, it's lunchtime and I've just discovered I put the cream cheese and cucumber in my lunch bag but no crispbreads to put them on! I just have one left in a nearly empty pack at work :( I'll manage. And this evening's pizza probably won't happen again as I have to attend an online seminar right at that time - daughter won't want to wait for me, I don't think. That means I'll be eating late this evening, which is not good at all :(

Bloating over - 600gr down since yesterday and back on the downward trend. Still going well, eating super-healthy choices and happy with life.

Still a bit high at the morning weigh-in and I'm feeling quite bloated - coleslaw? Sticking to the diet, under RDI and plenty of walking. I should add a little weight training work too, to boost the calorie burn and sustain it.

A little blip this morning after the weekend but I'm still within RDI and having a calorie deficit so it can't last.
