This has been a tough week for me. As far as my diet, I'm doing fine but my workouts haven't been as long or intense as I would prefer due to back pain. The weeks not over yet so maybe I'll see that scale go down a little more before the weekend :)

Hurt my back at work yesterday....Went to the gym after work anyways. I thought I might be able to work out the pain. Didn't happen. I should have just rested.
Well, I didn't go to the gym today. Gotta try to give my back a rest. Im feeling so crappy. Gonna see how i feel when i wake up tomorrow.
I just don't feel right when if don't get my workout in. I really hope my back feels better in the morning.

Got up early today and went to the gym before work. Did 50 minutes of cardio and burned a little over 500 calories.
Just got home from a super long workday. Going to head on over to the gym for a few hours and burn off some more calories!!
