I am a mom of three grown daughters and a grandmother to a girl and a boy. I am currently unemployed due to my husband's health. Because of my lifestyle change, I have become more concerned about my health. Last year I started walking for fitness and this year I have began concentrating on my diet. Two years ago I weighed 40# more than I do now and was working, stressed to the max!! I don't think I am doing too bad, but it doesnt hurt to stay on top of it.
