This is one of my go-tos — total comfort food. Breakfast burrito with egg, potato and beans inside, smothered in Christmas chile (both red and green). I got it without cheese, and am eating half tonight and half tomorrow night. Oh, the sacrifices! 😝

Lunch today: Fage 2% Greek Yogurt with Antioxidant Muesli and chia, pumpkin and sunflower seeds. Keeps me full for a while!

Bought this artichoke spinach hummus at the store, drizzled with EV Olive Oil and threw a few jalapeño slices on top. It was great with whole wheat bread. Could’ve eaten it all, but stopped at half. Ok, maybe 5/8! 😝

Big pot of veg soup — Olive oil, onion, mushrooms, carrots, peas, zucchini, potato, asparagus, celery, barley, tomato sauce, spices and low sodium veg broth. Wouldn’t have minded a little more salt, but added sriracha in the bowl which made up for it! 😋
