I haven’t weighed in for more than a year. I stopped caring and stopped paying attention to anything so gained all this back. But, it could’ve been worse — I didn’t gain it all back. So, here we go again — wish me success!

I dropped out of sight and off my program back in August -- 220 days according to FS. Anyway, I'm back now and starting back up on my journey to better health. I was relieved to see that I hadn't gained back the weight I had already lost previously. I Hope everyone's doing well on their programs. Here we go!
