2 weeks of the flu + a week of enjoying my appetite being back = complete step back. Lost probably 10 lbs with the flu but then I probably gained half of it back. Boo! Today I'm kicking it off again, the whole diet, wish me luck!

Man when I go off, I go off. One of my friends has been in Argentina the past few weeks and just got back and to celebrate we order a Large Quesadilla from Quesa-D-Yas here in Dallas. I tried to hold back and not stuff myself but it's just soooooo good! But don't they always say it's all about Moderation? You're favorite foods,
in moderation
. Let's hope so! Back on it heavy today, ate my too crunchy Chef Salad for lunch (i just hate the stupid spine pieces!) and bought Skim Milk for cereal. Full and focused on work now, bye!

It's bad how much I let my friends influence what I eat. I've been strong on my diet for the past few weeks and then my friend comes home for Spring Break and it almost seems impossible to stay good. Luckily I've gotten into the habit of stopping once I'm full. Which is ultimately what you want to teach yourself, right? My closest friend also gave up soda for Lent, so that's been VERY easy to follow. Lots of Sam's Choice flavored waters and Healthy Choice meals...hopefully I'll feel a change soon. I haven't yet and it's kind of disheartening...

Didn't realize how many calories are in one of my Cappuccinos from 7-11. But it's my guilty little pleasure in the morning, it gets me going, and it's only $1.79. So I'm just going to drink the calories and fat down and walk a little faster at night :) from what I hear coffee in the morning is a good little boost to your Metabolism, atleast that what Cosmo said....anyone else hear that? I've been having Diet Coke cravings, for the first two weeks it was smooth sailing, and now I miss it! Cutting out all my favorite foods and soda at the same time is starting to be a lot harder then I originally thought. But of course if I reach my goals it'll be all worth it. :) I just keep thinking about how much my confidence is going to go up and I just keep thinkings to myself that it wont always be this hard! I WILL drink Sodas again...just not anytime soon ;)
