i did so well yesterday, and hen went ut with the team and had toooo muuuch fuuuun!!!! no regrets.
life is too short. but i dont make this a habit anymore. We change ur lives one day at a time. Rock on!

i have the opportunity to weigh every day, and i usually do. no stress from it right now. I was not happy with the scale today, so i will push water and continue with my no sugar journey. Surely the shenanigans from last night (buffet with alcohol is the culprit).
tonight i will plan out the menu for the next 3 days,and Sunday i have a hike planned through meetup. Looking forward to outdoors time!

My lunch and my dinner are mixed up for Wed 2-22. I was at a buffet and ate too many things. I did not eat a ton though, just maybe the wrong choices. I am sure i forgot to record something, like a slice of cheese and 4 crackers. Not worried about any of it, we all have those days.
