Exercise, my nemesis. I love how i feel during and after but hate to start. Procrastination queen here when it comes to exercise.
Tell me what time of day works best for you? I am doing my best to be a morning person....but i am such a morning sloth.

it was a heck of a five day weekend for me and i was all over town celebrating, having fun at the beach, and more! I drank a lot of water, because there was other things to drink as well. I ate a lot of food too, but it was mostly health conscious but there was too many pizzas to count. Today is a new day and there is only a 2 pound gain, i am happy with that and will lose it fast.

my work schedule has been extreme lately, not sure wat changed except people on vacation means more daily tasks. Less time to check in here. I didn't want to cook this week so I purchased a few premade meals (lean cuisine) and i feel like i ate too many carbs. also i feel like the sodium is too much for me, but the upside is that the calorie count is controlled. I take it as a successful week overall. My only downfall was a pizza party. I am back on track today, will be food prepping this week and for the weekend.

it is a party at work, treats and temptations daily. today was donuts and i did not touch them! I was at an Olive-Garden feast last night and i did not touch it! I brought my own protein packed meal, for yesterday and today. I wont say I haven't or won't given in, but it better be right me and my tastes for me to indulge. (I had half a CC cookie yesterday). I have dropped 15 pounds since...i dont know, May 10 maybe. I don't know when i started exactly I started slowly with simple stretching in the morning, and have increased it to add a few yoga moves. I am slowly gaining confidence in my abilities in so many aspects. And changing out some bad eating habits for some good ones. Getting more protein has been key to my weight loss. Trying new recipes, working out first thing in the morning instead of trying to fit it in at night when i am tired. Lifestyle changes and i feel pretty good these days!

i did weights today; lower body exercises. When i got done i felt like jello.
