1 meal a day doesnt mean you need to eat bland tasteless foods. This is my left over medley. Homemade: daal, Bolegnese, chicoen curry. soinach and feta salad. 2 eggs. Eating like medicine when only 28days ago i was eating like it was a sport.

Snacking the right way. 28 days in now on one meal a day and i think ive kicked that fatboy obese overeating glutinous desires of the past. Get It guys
