Listened to a lecture yesterday that said both calcium and potassium calms the body. Makes me feel more sure that this is why I sleep so much better these days. Calcium in supplements form have been proven to be counterproductive. Can be harmful. Bone meal or eggshells is my choice. And only a little per day. Less than 1000mg.
More about the harmful bit here:

Over 3hr deep sleep last night. Reflect on why sleep is so much better these days. It might be because I've added more Potassium Chloride into my mixed meat patties over the last few weeks.

losing 10.8 lb a week

Drank more water before sleep, and get a less dehydrated weight this morning. Still good, so my current meal size is alright.
Had OMAD at 3pm, and get 2:06hr deep sleep 7:58hr in total. Again, deep sleep didn't start before 7-8hr after the meal.
From this I'd say the OMAD is best taken somewhere between noon and 3pm for my body.
Haven't done weight lifting for 2-3 days and my muscles feels much better.

gaining 6.9 lb a week

Three pound loss since yesterday. Stepped on the scale this morning to check if my OMAD meal size is working for weight loss, and it appears to be. ☺
Start to think that my muscle pain yesterday morning was just because I did weight lifting on a limited protein 'budget'.
Went 27 hours fasted yesterday, to move the OMAD timing to later in the day. Notice that deep sleep started later also...actually seven hours after the meal. So I may as well move the meal time to earlier today I think. May go for a 23 hour fast today to see what happens.

losing 22.4 lb a week

Wake with a bit sore muscles, which leads me to think that I should move my OMAD to a later time.
The base for this idea is to be more sure that I have new proteins available for repair work at the deep sleep stage.
