My GF keep making her 'healthy cake'. Unlike me, she is content with one small piece together with her morning coffee, and leave the cake alone for the rest of the day.
Seeing cake every time I open the fridge has been challenging. Some days the temptation got me and the belly fat grew as a consequence.
What to do? Started to look for a box with a code lock, for her to keep the cake in. Code lock best, as I probably would find the key. This task brought a 'This is just too silly' sensation, and brought the power to resist.
Got three clean days behind me, and as a result I start to get that clean body feel again. Grains in general do me no favours at all. Especially in the wellbeing department.
I had difficulty resisting the yoghurt that's always in the fridge, but that has not been a problem for months since I build resistance against it. Now I feel the cake is no longer a problem either.
Keeping out grains, lactose and fructose is needed for a high level of wellbeing in the body I live in. This morning I feel clean, and it is a treasured feeling. Far greater than a moment of mouth pleasure has to offer.

Deep Sleep ☑️
Over the last week or so, I see a major improvement in deep sleep. So much so, at this point I see myself finished with the 'Improve Sleep' project.
Lately I've had a keen focus on removing stressors, and increasing nutritional richness of my daily food. The last addition was calcium from egg shells.
My eye sight stay crystal clear, and I feel that is another bonus from having had a keen focus on raising the bar on nutrition. Every now and then I get the 'I'm done now' feeling, Think I'll just enjoy that feeling for a bit, before new challenges come.

Another great sleep. 😀 Prime suspect for this improvement is added calcium (egg shells) in my diet. Time should tell if it is or not.

Near perfect sleep last night. Yay. 😀 Can think of three changes lately. Higher intake of calcium, more fat in my meals, and a relationship improvement. Hope to see my sleep data more like this in the weeks ahead.

Calcium suppose to be good for something and I tend to forget having my sardines with bone.
What to do about it. Hear people use egg shells. Recently saw Arnold Schwarzenegger throw a whole egg with shell in his blender.
Over the last week or so I have collected egg shells in a jar with water together with a lot of salt. Yesterday I took the shells out of the jar, rinsed them well, then put them in the oven to dry and sterilize them. Then into a high speed mixer to turn it all into a fine powder.
Got 100 grams of powder, and put that in my 31 pound meat mixture for pattie making yesterday, and I cannot detect any flavor change. Happy with that. One less nutrient to worry about.
Put my first egg shell in the jar again this morning. Looks like this.
