Recent events made me take a break from social media.
Part reason for this that I learned that Mineral Deficiencies can play a major role in regards to hunger. A need for Minerals can drive hunger above the energy need.
Another reason is just common people I meet. Doing my carnivorous way of eating is going against the main stream, and to paddle against the stream takes power I do not always got in store.
All up, I felt the need to collect myself in solitude to build power to carry on.
Currently do a deep Minerals study, and collect ingredients to ensure a simple enrichment solution for the long term.
Often think about you folks here on FS, and miss you. I'll come back when I'm ready.

Wake to a water weight gain this morning. Three hours on stressful roads and socially buzy six hours. Met new folks. Ate very moderately.
Remember seeing a doctor who wore a CGM saw a huge blood sugar spike while he did a lecture. He was 23 hour fasted at the time of the lecture. Stress.
Need to reset again, and will eat high fat at will today. Should get on the Omad track again very soon I think.

Had good speed on my bike ride this morning. 26 minutes with a high anaerobic heart rate. Thinking this may be due to having had a Sunday Dessert yesterday. Anaerobic means burning sugars in the muscles. I probably had some more sugars to burn. Interesting. Will keep that in mind when the body fat burning project is done.

Had our Sunday Dessert yesterday, and probably have some sugars and fiber holding water in my colon this morning. Still ok considering the last few days.
After my bike ride yesterday I see spots with muscle contractions on my legs. Still have work to do in regards to dietary minerals balancing. Suspect I may put too much Potassium in my meat mix last time.
Going on a long road trip to visit friends today. Not sure how to navigate a long fast in today. Got a normal day ahead, so I bmay cut some slack for today.
