Worked out hard...80 situps...raised weights..going to create a food plan and price it out..need to stop spending so much money at Publix. Getting thinner..no flour no sugar weigh and measure all foods.

80 sit ups, all machines, walked a total of a mile around the gym...working on core strength...wall squats, bench work..

walked 3.1 walked bridge cut 10 minutes off first two miles..really been helped by Overeaters Anonymous...weight is falling off again...I was never heavy my entire life but after my mom died began to struggle with drug of choice..popcorn ..so friends if you can lose the weight, stop but not be able to stay stopped..that is the clearest definition I know of addiction...OA has an answer...defined food plan, lots of support from a fellowship and many techniques...we put down the so called alcoholic foods..food addicts get intense psychic relief from certain foods...we want to get hammered with food..if that is your story...you are an addict..OA can help...for anyone who is a believer, there is a strong spiritual component too in OA..but it works just fine for non believers too...food addiction is common in women who come from alcoholic families..its the same disease essentially..just manifesting differently.

walked 3.2 miles and walked bridge..good day...used Penetrex...so hoping for VP Harris to win
