Walked across bridge...2.29 fed two cats..saved dead cat fish...we do people leave fish to die on a dock..why do people dump cats at the bridge? What the hell is wrong with us as a species? More R and D needed higher power...

Walked 2.5 miles Biden was a disaster last night...obviously impaired ...very sad.walked across bridge ...over and back.fed two cats...and saw a third..

walked a mile..worked out...40 sit ups...its hot as hell here in Daytona...2 AA meetings and an OA meeting...we can do something for one day which would appall us if we had to do it for a lifetime

Walked 2 miles...tried to feed cat at bridge..different cat..spooked cat..ok AA at 6 and 7:30 on line and OA at 9 out of Louisville no flour no sugar weighed and measured 3-0-1
Great Abyss doing a good job this morning...breezy and sky was beautiful at 4:30 here in Port Orange over intracoastal.

Chairing OA meeting out of Louisville this morning. Beginning to develop an actual genuine relationship with my OA sponsor. We have far more in common than I knew with our AA histories. Today I plan to get with the program far more strenuously than I have before. 3 meals today, weighed and measured with nothing in between and nothing after dinner...this country is losing its mind with the violations of the First Amendment and its apparent hell bent plan to reinstall this maniac Trump. Louisiana is has passed through its benighted legislature a plan to post the 10 commandments in all taxpayer supported schools through college..separation of church and state..forget that.
