Better weight for me. I haven't been able to workout at the gym the last few days. ( I have managed to walk on walking pad a couple of times) Lots of annual Dr appointments and best of all, my granddaughter is here to visit for 2 weeks. I'm so proud of the woman she is becoming! ( she is 22) We are having a good time, lots of talking and of course we have been shopping and eating last few days! We are going to see Beetlejuice today. Might go to a comedy show this weekend. Having lunch on Saturday with one of my friends..then leaving Weds for San Diego with a stop in Diamond Bar to see oldest sister.
It's such a blessing to be able to share time with my granddaughter. My heart swells with gratitude!

Went to nutritionist yesterday. Wasn’t really a good visit. I love seeing her but we got off topic many times. Totally my fault! I was pretty scattered yesterday. I have not been eating well. Stress off the charts. When I have regular stress I overeat but when I’m really stressed I don’t eat enough. I’ve been eating 1,000 calories or less most days. My weight is low. I didn’t log it last week but I was down to 125. My measurements were not too bad, waist was a bit of a surprise considering I am low in weight. They were as follows: resting biceps L 11.5, R12, waist 31.2, Thighs L20.2, R20. I have been working out, going to gym 5-6 days a week. I’ve been using my walking pad everyday, sometimes 2xs a day. Not anything crazy, I do 1/2 hour in daytime and I find if I do about 10-15 min at night it as helps me sleep. She did compliment me on my calves, thanks to walking so much. I am not really eating as clean as I’d like and I’m thinking that’s where the bigger waist is coming in. I tend to carry my weight there. My granddaughter is coming to visit me next week and I’m happy about that. Trying to plan some fun things to do but it’s been a bit difficult as she was diagnosed with a non cancerous brain tumor which is causing her to have epileptic type seizures. She is on medication and it seems to be working pretty good. When she visits we always take her to a show but it’s been difficult to plan this as any strobe lights or laser lights can trigger a seizure. Most shows in Vegas have lots of these so I’m looking into maybe a comedian or a magic show but even those have lights etc. We are going to San Diego with her so I’m sure a trip to La Jolla will be included. We will be celebrating my moms 97th birthday while we are there. 💜

I was intrigued by Thiccmami's post awhile back about walking pads. I had never heard of them. I got one thinking I would use it in Rv but its is still a bit cumbersome for that. Its light enough for home use and so easy to manuver around. More in comments
