Travel days are always challenging. I have been so inconsistent in my workouts...the humidity here is killing my desire to do anything. We are on last leg of our trip. Staying in Pensacola a week to visit with friends and then we will be headed home. Trip back will be hectic. Only one night stays... Joe is ready to get home. It's a lot of driving for him.

Went to Opryland last night to see Vince Gill, Billy Ray Cyrus, ( yes thats him with the long hair) the Isaac's, and many more. Not huge fans of any of them but the Opry experience was amazing. Got alot of steps in yesterday!!!

As an anniversary gift to him my husband wanted me to eat with him at Paula Deen's for lunch . I literally have not had fried foods like that in 5-6 years. I couldn't say no...We ate there yesterday and we had fried chicken and lots of carb/ fat loaded sides. It was good but honestly I prefer healthier foods. I did not eat dinner as I was still full.( to the point of a stomach ache) I also had night sweats..
Anyway, weight gain was expected and honestly I thought it would be more.. Im back to a healthy diet and lifting weights today ..

Today is my 32nd anniversary! Im blessed to be married to my soul mate and best friend. We love doing things together and he still makes my heart pitter patter! Tonight we are eating out and Im sure a glass of wine and dessert will be had. Happy 4th to all
