Week 8 done! Target of 8kgs achieved! I now realise that if I'd been as strick with my diet over the past 8 weeks as I was on the last week I would have lost almost 12kgs.but you know what I have done restrictive diets with no fun foods and I've failed as I've missed my wine, Krispy Kreme and chocolate. So now I'm doing things differently and praying for a different outcome. Here's to 3 months of dedication, target lose: 12kgs. All the best everyone. Week 9 begins!

Begin week 8: You can have a bit of fun & still lose weight. I lost 0.7kgs this week which isa lil less than my usual 1kg, but i had a great time Friday and Saturday. No regrets. Will eat clean this week as i hope to lose 1.3kgs to reach 8kg in 8 weeks

Week 7 Begins: Whenever I want to complain about losing only 1kg a week, I remember this lady on FS wholeheartedly celebrating her 6kg loss over 6 months. Puts things into perspective for me, every Kg counts and some will lose 2kgs a week others will lose 2kgs a month. We have the same goal but different journeys and bodies and its OK, as long as each day you move closer to your goal
