And, for today's actual entry. I spent the day chilling and walking along a local beach. It was fantastic and so beautiful. But I got a horrible sunburn. And from the way I was sitting on blanket, I have severely burnt my back and the front of my legs, and a little on my chest. And I have no aloe. But I have been applying a facecloth soaked in strong black tea, and it seems to be helping to take the heat out.
Today's Goal: Enjoy the beach with Cat - I may have over enjoyed the beach... but it was a great day!
Tomorrow's Goal: Avoid the sun, and get to the store and buy some aloe.
Food:
Breakfast: Steel cut oats with cinnamon, strawberries and blueberries
Lunch: Whole Wheat wrap with turkey, provolone, pesto, spinach, avocado. Snappeas/carrots/cherry tomatoes on the side.
Dinner: Small serving of a premade curry and rice
Snacks: Twizzlers and a glass of wine
Water: atleast 3 maybe 4L
Note to self: ALWAYS apply sunscreen BEFORE leaving the house... don't count on yourself to apply it at the beach.

I am recording an extra journal entry today. I am borrowing an idea from JessWhatINeeded. In her entry, she listed the top 5 things on her own bucket list, but she also listed things that she has done/accomplished that could be on other peoples bucket lists. Personally, I think this is brilliant because we all focus on what we want and what we dream of, we don't give ourselves enough credit for what we have accomplished and where we have been.
Current Bucket List: Top 5
1) Reach my goal weight
2) Learn a second language
3) Finish school with a bachelor's degree
4) Take my little sisters on a vacation
5) Travel as much as possible - Europe, China/Japan, Africa
Completed Bucket List: Top 5
1) I have been completely self dependent since I was 17. I put myself through grade 12 while working and maintaining my own apartment.
2) My 12 and 14 year old sisters have an awesome big sister that they can look to for anything. Support, guidance, honest answers and good times.
3) I have travelled. I went to Sydney Australia and had the time of my life.
4) I went to Salt Lake and watched as Maid of Honor, as my best friend married one of the best men I have ever met.
5) At 25, I gave up my life to move cities and provinces to go back to school and make a better future for myself.

I bought a scale! And I'm down almost 9lbs! Yay! :D
Today has been a pretty good celebratory day for me. I've lost weight and finally have a job. My best friend who is moving back to Canada thinks shes has found a good place for her family and her husband has officially signed a very sweet job offer. Hence, the chocolate and wine for dinner and I have been slowly munching all night.
Todays Goal: Walk to the mall and buy a scale - Definitely done!
Tomorrow's Goal: Enjoy a beautiful day at the beach with my friend.
Food:
Breakfast: Scrambled egg with spinach and mushroom served on whole wheat toast with avocado and tomato
Lunch: Veggie Bean soup
Dinner: Celebratory wine and dark chocolate - it was delish!
