I am posting 125. Weigh in today was more like 124. To "celebrate" I ate half a muffin and some 2% milk while walking to work. Why?

Work is crazy busy and I am broke. Chasing clients for money is really getting me down.

I am making an appt. to get my foot looked at..it's been over 2 weeks and still hurts. I can walk but not much more.

Got my blood work back and am Vit D deficient, even though I take 2000 IU per day. It's a chronic problem and is probably why my hair is falling out. Cholesterol is very high-another chronic problem. I used to take meds but stopped. Dr. told me to exercise 30 mins per day and eat less fat. Stupid. I've lost 40 pounds and do not eat red meat or fried anything. Mostly vegetarian diet. My body produces more cholesterol than most. I need a new, new doctor! Potassium is elevated too. Not sure what that means. Maybe I am dehydrated-although I drink a ton of water at least 64 oz a day.

I am looking forward to a long weekend. Closing early tomorrow (hopefully) and plan to wash the beast and the cars, do some gardening, hike and swim. Our pool is clean for once and SU may agree to heat it up a bit.

Recording weight-don't know why! It's the same 126. I have been trying harder in last two weeks and nothing is happening. I am trying to work up the will to do full tilt Dukan for a week. ONLY protein. If it goes as expected, I will lose 5lbs. I went for a physical this week and the office scale read 133. No comment!

I got really assertive with weirdo doctor lady so I could get the blood tests to see what is going on with my hair loss. She looked at my scalp and at least agreed that I have a problem. She then spent more time talking about her own hair challenges. Talk to the hand. She looked at my feet and did not think I needed an xray. One is fine, the other is still swollen and sore. I can walk but no running or lungeing.

It is so beautiful here-no marine layer or fog. Orcas were spotted off our coast-killing a baby blue whale. I do not approve. Nature is merciless and beautiful. Hoping to go up to the cliffs after work and see what I see.

Still hovering at 126. I've been sticking to the plan, really! I hope it's TOM that is holding things up! Still no coffee and greek yogurt for brekkies every day. Grilled shrimp and salad for lunch and egg whites/spinach for dinner. I know-YUCH! I eat it with a small portion of marinara sauce and pretend it's lasagna. Ha!

I have two goose egg swellings on top of each foot BUT nothing broken (I hope). It's getting better. I realize why I am extra clumsy lately-it's TOM. Does anyone else get the clumsies right before TOM? It's been this way as long as I can remember. Severe case of the fumbles and tumbles.

In other news-I am almost bald on top. Hair has been falling out at record speed. Taking iron, vit D and Krill oil. Will try for the umpteenth time to get a doctor to take it seriously. The last one told me to get a hair transplant. Ass.

Okay gotto go and work some more.

Went to Gyno yesterday, first of long series of health checks. Today is orthodontist-yes, I may get braces. Long story but may be cheaper than an implant. Next week is a physical. Then have to do my eyes and my colon. Yipee! On way to the doc's office, I took a header in the middle of a very busy street. Blackberry went flying (thank goodness for the hard case), purse spilled, lost a shoe. I was trying to stop myself from hitting the deck and just made a bigger spectacle of self. Good show. I hurt both feet and ankles and have a nice bruise on my hip. I am so clumsy, more than usual. I think one leg is shorter than the other-seriously! Limping a bit today.

Weight is flucting up a bit. Sunday it was 129 and last night it was 126. Have cut back a lot. No booze until weekend (as long as weekend starts on Thursday). Avoiding sugar and the usual no carb rule is in effect. Have not weighed in yet. Still in bed actually. Ugh-have to get a move on. Times a wasting.
