Okay went to gym. It's the local Community Health Center one. Many elders and me-a semi elder. I ran for almost two miles and did 20 minutes of weight machines. Good for me. Not weighing in yet. Waiting for next week. The last 18 months have been a blur. Trying to slow my mind down and take notice of the moment. Going to gym tomorrow. Will continue to work on food. Chocolate chip cookies -really? I think not!

Bloody hell. It's been ages. I am back. No excuses. I gained weight recently (10 pounds in two weeks). Don't want it to get out of hand. Will give accountability and mutual support another shot.

I cannot get out of this funk. I was 130 today-bugger! I stopped drinking and am really staying off sugar-well the processed kind, anyway. Eating some fruit and chewing sugarless gum like mad to keep my mouth busy. I have to post my food every day and get this thing pointed in the right direction. I have 10 pairs of skinny jeans that need me!

I am coasting-time to rev things up. I ate french fries today, really? wtf! Have an eye appt. mid-Sept and looking for an ENT-wondering if I have a chronic sinus infection. Would explain constant headache. Ugh-wish I felt better. Have to "work" aka show up and make nice with prospective client tonight at a party. I am not a party person and SU won't go with me. Ok-enough of this moaning. There are people with real problems. Still 127-which I am good with-for now.

JUst a quickie. Been busy and having frequents migraine so hard to be on comp. My job involves sitting at a comp all day. I think I may have a problem. Working hard to keep food choices healthy. Really trying to stay off the sugar. It's poison. Damn you black licorice. Gots to go put a hot towel on my face.
I need a good doctor. Determined to keep looking. Crikey, I live in LA, how hard can it be.
