Life has flared up again I have not been to the gym since Friday Going tomorrow morning no matter what Stress eating and drinking That's it.

Yesterday (Friday) was the fourth day at gym. i ran/walk for 40 mins ad then did about 15 mins of legs machine and some crunches Today my MIL came to stay with us for 2 weeks or for ever. Either is good with me. Making split pea soup. How long does it have to cook before I can blend i and call it done? Spent the evening working on the stained glass window for the master bedroom. Drank a ton of wine. Have to start logging the food/alcohol intake next.

And the gym again 3 Days in a row. When I cough my abs go into spasm. Awesome!

Another day, another visit to the gym. My neighbor joined today and will be going with me more often than not. He is amazing-a "silver sneaker" and in far better shape than me. He is my "trainer" We are going tomorrow after work. I went today (yay me) and did some funny elliptical machine thingy and weight work on my legs and some core work on the mat. I ate sort of almost well. Eggs with tomato and spinach. A sprinkle of gorgonzola One piece of toast. I have a migraine and bad bad cramps. Weighed myself at the gym and felt like crying. Will not record weight until Monday. Hoping to eat clean and be over my ladies imposition my then. One day at a time.
