Well, I always celebrate my new lows with cheat days...At least I'm consistently bad. :) When you go through the last two years thinking my body isn't the type to get below 200...it's just mind blowing to see numbers lower than what you couldn't imagine in the past.

It's funny nowadays...I know mentally that I've lost like 80lbs and that I've come a long way, but even when I gain a few lbs I just feel like I've let myself down. I got to think of the big picture more and stop letting the small setbacks derail my progress.

Work outs aren't that great these days...Since an accident a few months ago, my shoulder just feels worn out and I'm not too confident in healing anytime soon. I'm trying to supplement workouts by switching things up with body weight stuff, but its rough goings so far.

Chinese chicken wings today are going to ensure that tomorrow I push it extra hard in the gym and eat super clean. Hoping to stave off a big rebound and try to dip under 180 again by the weekend. We'll see...:)
