Goal: 1350 calories a day, keto diet for macros.
I don't have a specific weight goal in mind but I have an idea of how I want my body to look and feel! I'm tired of my clothes being too tight, feeling sluggish and unhappy with my body. I'm working on changing my mindset, my relationship with food and improving my overall health!
