I'm not sure of the correct way to add my exercise's in. I work out every other day on the Nordic Flex machine. So far I've been writing in exercise machine slow but that sounds more like slow medium or fast on a treadmill & I think the Nordic Track is more strenuous than a treadmill. Anyone know the correct way to write that in?

Today was my weigh in & I'm totally discouraged. I used to eat anything I wanted. Pizza, 1/2 lb pasta, cheesesteak sandwiches, potato chips, cheese & crackers, cookies etc & have cocktails with my friends three times a week.
I never exercised (hate doing it). I rarely ate vegetables & to me salad is rabbit food.
July 1st I started dieting & I work out on the Nordic Flex for twenty minutes every other day. I've completely changed the way I eat & yet in seven weeks I only lost 11.6 lbs.
Today is supposed to be my cheat day & we are going to a steakhouse to celebrate my sister's birthday & next weekend my friends are having a birthday party for me which means alcohol & cake. That means I probably won't lose anything for the next two weeks.
Doesn't really seem worth it. Eat anything I want & stay at 300 or eat food I don't even like & be able to have drinks with my friends & not have to get on that God awful machine just to weigh 288.4.
