It has been a hard couple months and I thought I should take some time off because I was so drained and sick, but I get paid today ao I can start again.

I only worked out three times this week and it looks like I can only workout three times next week too. It looks like I am finally dropping the weight, and I am still working on the changing the way I eat...

So I took two days off because I had teusday off and I wasn't feeling like working out even though I thought I might do it anyway...but I didn't and the 4th the gym was closed... so I walked 45 minutes and not quite three miles. but the best part was that my weight has dropped again... I am hoping to keep that up... or is it down? Either way I am loving the way I am loose in my clothes!

I would wieght in yesterday but I have learned that Mondays aren't good for weight ins, I don't excercise over the weekends and mondays I am just getting back on the wagon of sorts. So today expect new numbers... it is just a sluggish start today. I need to head out and work out... thanks for the support fatsecret. I have some great support from my family in my sister Saria, she is running where I only walk right now but she is so supportive and I am so thankful. It is hard being the biggest sibling. Talk to you in a few hours.
